SinoVio Semiconductor Technol. (Dongguan) Co.Ldt. was set up by series of experienced experts (from both China mainland and Europe) in April of 2020, locating in the University Innovation Campus of Songshan Lake Area, Dongguan, Guangdong. As derived from the department of third generation semiconductor materials and devices in Songshan Lake Materials Laboratory, SinoVio focuses on the manufacture, research, development, and sales of high power deep ultraviolet light-emitting diode (UVC-LED) and related products, the business covers the upstream AlN substrate preparation, midstream MOCVD epitaxy as well as downstream chip design and device package. The produced high power density UVC irradiation module has been tested and verified by the third-party authority, and it presents outstanding ultra-fast sterilization towards various virus and bacteria including Sars-cov-2.
By bearing the core value of “innovation causes pretty life”, SinoVio will continuously promote the sterilization way.
SinoVio has 9 experienced research scientists and engineers, including 3 PhDs (two have oversea research experience) and three Masters; Two of them are qualified as senior investigators; Three of them have fruitful experience about semiconductor chip process, including epitaxy, tape-out and device packaging. The team covers the theoretical calculation, semiconductor preparation as well as device design and fabrication, thus acting as solid support for the company running.
